Workplace Wellness Program

The Workplace Wellness Program is a six module Program. 

 

Each module can be delivered in 90 minutes.

Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly etc. covering all 1 - 6 of the modules.

The Program can be completed over several days i.e. Modules 1 - 3 in the first day, Modules 4 – 6 on the second day.

Singular one off sessions also available.

Modules can be structured to meet organisational needs.

The Breakthrough Workplace Wellness Program provides training in Three areas:

  1. Breakthrough Meditation™

  2. Emotional Intelligence.

  3. Intuition Development.

1. Breakthrough Meditation™

Breakthrough Meditation™ is an integral part of the Breakthrough Workplace Wellness Program. It is through this meditative process that the practical exercises and strategies for the development and strengthening of the emotional intelligence and intuition are seamlessly integrated into the lives of the participants

Breakthrough Meditation™ requires no previous meditation experience. It is an effortless process that does not involve much time – less than 15 minutes. There is no special sitting techniques, no mantras, no hours of concentration and no religion. Breakthrough Meditation™ has been developed with the end user in mind. There is nothing complicated or hard about it. It takes a very short time to learn how to do it- and even less time to do. (Less than 15minutes) And it brings with it amazing results:

2. Emotional Intelligence

We are all born with an innate emotional intelligence. By the time we reach adult hood, however unless it is supported and nurtured as children our capacity to access and benefit from it, is severely diminished. Breakthrough Meditation™ is a powerful tool in learning the language of feelings, gaining emotional literacy and reconnecting with the full potential of our emotional intelligence.

The Training in Emotional Intelligence achieves the following:

3. Intuition Development

The third integral part of the program is the strengthening of the intuition.

Intuition is the ‘knowing’ of something instinctively on a gut level, without the use of the rational mind to verify or reason, how we know or came to that conclusion.  When we develop our intuition and gain a stronger connection with it we feel more confident in trusting it. It is an invaluable resource that we can draw on at any time to help us make better decisions in our personal and professional life.

Course workbook & program. Plus comprehensive and user friendly instructions in the use of Breakthrough Meditation™

Each Session includes training and practical experience in Breakthrough Meditation™, a full explanation of experiences and benefits, as well as dealing with any questions or concerns. Workbooks are  provided which include written explanations and instructions to reinforce everything taught during the session. This assists in the ongoing use of the techniques. A copy of the sessions technique is provided on CD to each participant for   use at home.
