What is Breakthrough Meditation?

Can you tell me more about the Course?

Answer: The Breakthrough Course is a great way to experience and become familiar with Breakthrough Meditation™. The course gives a solid grounding in all the meditations and helps to establish the routine of using the meditations on a regular basis. Most people are confident in their use in a really short time. Changes are immediate for some people and it’s generally within the first few weeks that course members express changes they have experienced. I.E. sleeping better, less stressed, less reactive, calmer, feeling more in control, relating more positively and finding themselves not worrying about things like they did in the past.

What Happens in the Classes?

Answer:

  • A different meditation is for each module.

  • Lots of time to discuss experiences and answer questions.

How can I access the Course?

Answer:

1. Breakthrough Meditation™ Kit  Is the fastest and simplest way to experience Breakthrough Meditation™. This course can be completed in the privacy and comfort within your home or office and is available to anyone, anywhere in the world.

2. Two Day Seminar: This course can take place either over a full weekend or two Saturdays/Sundays a few weeks apart, or weekdays.

I am an insomniac. Will this course help?

Answer:

  • We find that about one third of people who do the course have a sleeping problem.
  • 90% of them are sleeping well by the end of the course - most of them by the third week.
  • We do not specifically address sleep disorders - we just have a 90% success rate in that area!

  • Experienced meditators do on average take longer to feel proficient in their practice, as they are often dealing with preconceived notions about meditation that do not apply to Breakthrough Meditation™

Get the Class schedules click here

To confirm your enrolment the course fee needs to be received. For the weekend and six week courses a 50% deposit on the course fee is also acceptable, with the balance being paid on the first class). Payments can be made either by credit card over the phone or by sending a cheque or money order. A receipt is normally issued at the first class.
