The Essences are supplied in a 30ml dropper bottle. There are various flower remedies used. They are drawn from the Bach, Australian Bush Flower and Californian Flower remedy ranges.

Background information:
The pioneer of flower essences was Dr. Edward Bach (known for Rescue Remedy). His healing remedies were based on English wildflowers. Over a seven-year period Dr. Bach isolated 38 flowers that appeared to have qualities that could benefit a range of emotional afflictions, such as fear, loneliness, exhaustion, impatience, intolerance and restlessness. However since his death in 1936 there has been increasing interest in flower essences and practitioners in the US and Australia have also developed their own indigenous remedies.(1)
Basically flower essences are extracts of flowers made in water. The remedies are a completely natural product with no additives. It is not possible to overdose or become dependant on them.
