Rodney its three weeks and I've just finished my 21 DAYS I'm happy to say and I couldn't imagine my day with out it. On the couple of days I was running late I was constantly thinking about it all day and trying to work out how I was going to fit it in AND THEN BY 3.00 I WAS STARTING TO FEEL TIRED AGAIN WHICH I HADN'T FELT ON THE DAYS I WALKED EARLY. Last week when I was really quite sick and my husband wouldn't let me walk so I went on the way home from the school as I new I was failing fast I stopped the car on the side of the road walked for exactly 10 min and turned around and walked back to the car. Other wise its been great and I have been motivating all the people around me to take up the challenge thankyou so what's next apart from keep on walking********must go and get the boys ready for school. I have really noticed the extra time in the morning before I would of never had time to do this. and I have also had time to take a load of washing of the line and do another one I am starting to get more organised slowly at last.

"Rodney Stoddart's Change Your Life Program"

Permanently and Significantly
Change your life for the better in just three weeks!


Avoid "Trying to get your act together” or “turning over a new leaf” Just add the following to your life and keep all your bad habits for a while!

Walk Every Day for 20 – 30 minutes.

·       First thing in the morning during the time you would normally be sleeping – to arrive home at your normal waking time.

·       Walk Alone No dog, No other Person, No Walkman. (If you really must walk with someone then do not talk or interact with them at all during the walk.)

·       Walk the same route each day if possible. Don’t drive to “somewhere nice” to walk – just out your front door.

·       Drink a large glass of water before and after the walk.

·       Put 4 drops of Breakthrough Essence # 1 in each of those glasses of water (or Bach Flower Rescue Remedy + Walnut)

·       Avoid wearing the color black on the walk.

Do it for 21 days!

Maintain the above routine for a minimum of three weeks (without missing even one day) this will be long enough for a new pattern of thought/feeling to become permanently established within you.

It will be tough at times

This routine will be very hard to maintain for three weeks, as all the negative beliefs you have about yourself will come into play to create resistance to this commitment to look after yourself. Keep walking through these resistances and you will permanently reduce the influence of negative self-beliefs in your life.

The Challenges:

Consider anything that is preventing your from walking to be a manifestation of your own resistance – bless it and keep walking. Yes the rain, the sprained ankle, the sleepless night – you will create all this and more!

You will probably experience at least three major “humps” of resistance to get over in the three weeks – these represent entrenched negative belief patterns that you are moving away from.

The rewards

In three weeks you will have significantly reduced or eliminated confusion in your life. You will be aware of your life direction at this time and you will have a clear idea of your “next move” in your life.
